A brief overview of the contents of the CD:

The Track The Bibbulmun Track meets the South Coast at Mandalay Beach and continues 230 km eastwards, terminating in Albany. Thirty three walks from 2 to 15 km long can be accessed from maps or a list of walk descriptions. Map-based links provide views, land features, history, plant information and more. A print on demand facility provides leaf-based plant guides and walk notes for use on each walk. |

The Landscape Includes information on local artists, the geology, the inlets and rivers, the coast and islands, the sea, the climate, Aboriginal occupation, early European exploration and settlement, the railways and timber milling and settlement and development to the present. |

The Plants There are many unique plants found in this part of Australia. This part of the CD provides a layman's general guide to plants, with detailed descriptions of the 100 most common plants found along the Track plus less detailed accounts of another 200 plants of interest. Links to the database of the Western Australian Herbarium provide information about more plants in the area. |
